The Northwest Missouri State University women's golf team is ranked No. 16 in the NCAA Div. II Fall 2023 Central Region rankings.

Northwest put up a fall mark of 48-37 in six tournaments. The Bearcats played 12 rounds with a team scoring average of 311.50.

Northwest had three individuals ranked among the top-100 in the Central Region rankings as well. Paige Hoffman is No. 17, Madilyne Schlaepfer is No. 32 and Elly Speece is No. 87. 

Hoffman had four top-10 finishes this fall with a 75.67 stroke. Schlaepfer had three top-five finishes, including a tournament win, with a 75.92 stroke average. Speece tallied a 78.92 stroke average.
