The Northwest Missouri State University women's soccer team had six players earn All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association honors for their efforts in 2023.
Mid-fielder
Ximena Arnau (Kansas City, Mo.) was named as a Co-Freshman of the Year to go along with second-team all-MIAA status. Arnau is the second Bearcat to earn MIAA Freshman of the Year accolades joining Izzy Romano who tallied the award in 2016. Arnau tallied three goals and is tied for the team lead in assists (4). She ranks third on the team with 10 points.

Senior forward
Kaylie Rock (Lee's Summit, Mo.) is the second Bearcat women's soccer player to earn first-team all-MIAA honors on three occasions. Rock leads the Bearcats in goals (9), assists (4), points (22), shots (60), shots on-goal (33) and game-winning goals (4). It is the 11th time in program history that Northwest has had a first-team all-MIAA selection.

Sophomore goalkeeper
Lily Ellis (Kearney, Mo.) notched third-team all-MIAA. Ellis recorded eight shutouts and made 73 saves. She started 14 matches and put up a mark of 6-3-5. She has not allowed a goal in six straight matches to conclude the regular season. Ellis was a first-team all-MIAA pick in 2022. Ellis is a four-time MIAA Goalkeeper of the Week honoree.
Junior mid-fielder
Lucia Fernandez (Zaragoza, Spain) gained third-team all-MIAA honors. Fernandez scored three goals on only eight shots this season. Fernandez was an MIAA defensive athlete of the week pick on Oct. 17. Fernandez was an honorable mention all-MIAA pick in 2022. Fernandez was credited with 172 interceptions.
Sophomore defender
Moira Franck (Monument, Colo.) captured third-team all-MIAA status. Franck helped bolster a Bearcat defense that posted eight shutouts in 2023. Franck was named the MIAA defensive athlete of the week on Oct. 24. Franck won 241 duels and tallied 201 interceptions.
Sophomore mid-fielder
Siri Ott (Waverly, Iowa) tallied honorable mention all-MIAA accolades. Ott joined the Bearcats as a transfer from the University of Northern Iowa in the summer. Ott scored one goal and took three shots on the season. Ott recorded 171 interceptions.
