The 2023-24 Northwest Missouri State University indoor track and field season will feature three home meets in the state-of-the-art Hughes Fieldhouse.
This year's events will feature the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic (Dec. 2), the Coach Richard Alsup Open (Jan. 20) and the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 1-3).
The running events take place on a 300-meter Beynon BSS 300 surface with six lanes on the oval and eight lanes on the straights. The jumping areas are Beynon BSS 300. The pole vault is contested on a Mondo covered, Gill raised runway on the infield. Throwing events are staged off a wooden platform on the infield.
