Northwest Missouri State University sophomore Paige Hoffman had another strong performance at the Lady Tiger Classic in Hays, Kansas, finishing tied for sixth place after tallying a second-round 75 (+3) for a two-day total of 154 (+10).
 
The sophomore from Des Moines, Iowa has finished in the top 10 in each of the first three tournaments of her Northwest career. Hoffman's second round 75 ranked as the third-best round of the day. Hoffman recorded 23 pars over 36 holes, which ranked as the third-best total in the field.

Senior Lauren Wood tallied five total birdies in the two rounds to tie for third for most birdies in the field.
 
As a squad Northwest shot a second-round 324 (+36). After starting in 10th, Northwest jumped two spots in the standings to finish eighth among 12 teams.  
 
Northwest will continue its fall season Oct. 8-9 in Larchwood, Iowa at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort.
