A quartet of Northwest Missouri State University softball members earned All-MIAA honorable mention status for their performance in 2022.

Jacee Winn (St. Joseph, Mo.) represent the Bearcats on the 2022 All-MIAA Softball Teams.
Daugherty earned a spot as an MIAA honoree as a designated player. Daugherty led the team with 27 runs scored. She finished the season with a .313 batting average and ranked second on the squad in hits (45). She hit eight home runs and has posted a career total of 30 home runs, which ranks third in school history. She drove in 23 runs and has tallied 104 career RBI as a Bearcat. She registered a team-best 23 hits with runners on base. Daugherty hit .379 with the bases empty in 2022 (22-of-58). Daugherty tied for team-high honors with 14 multi-hit contests. She finished the season on an eight-game hitting streak.
Nolte, who started 46 of her 48 games at second base, led the Bearcats and tied for fifth in the MIAA with 12 home runs. Nolte had a team-best 31 RBI along with 14 multi-hit games. She finished second on the team in hits (44). She ranked third on the team in batting average (.317). Nolte upped her play in MIAA action by hitting .343 with eight homers and 18 RBI. She had a 1.130 OPS in MIAA games. She produced 18 of her RBI with two outs. She tied for the team lead with eight multi-RBI games.
Pieper earned her spot on the MIAA honorable mention list at first base. Pieper led the Bearcats in hitting (.322) and on-base percentage (.424). She tied for third in the MIAA as she was hit 12 times by a pitch. 10 walks. Pieper tied for second on the team with 10 walks. She tied for third on the squad in doubles (5). Pieper notched nine multi-hit games, including a pair of three-hit contests. She went 26-of-52 (.500) when leading off an inning.
Winn made 45 starts in left field and five in center field as she started all 50 games for the Bearcats in 2022. She led the squad in hits (48). She ranked fifth on the team in batting average (.312) and runs scored (21). Winn tallied 13 multi-hit games, including a four-hit performance vs. Winona State (March 20). She was tops in the squad with 27 hits with the bases empty. She hit .404 (19-of-47) with two outs.
The Bearcats tied for ninth in the final MIAA standings with a league mark of 9-17 under first-year head coach
Naomi Tellez. Northwest finished the season with seven wins in its final nine contests.
