The Northwest Missouri State Bearcat soccer team hosts two MIAA matches at Bearcat Pitch this weekend. The Bearcats take on Missouri Western Friday afternoon before meeting Washburn on Sunday for a 1 p.m. kick off.
 
The Bearcats are 1-2-1 on the season and 0-1-0 in MIAA play. Northwest has faced Missouri Western once already this season. The match ended in a 0-0 tie after two overtimes were played. The Bearcats have not faced the Ichabods (2-3-1) yet this season.
 
Northwest is 13-9-6 all-time against the Griffons and 7-3-2 in Maryville. The Bearcats hold the win in the last match played in Maryville, a 4-3 victory on Nov. 1, 2019. Against Washburn, Northwest trails the series 14-7-4 all-time while they post a 4-6-3 record at Bearcat Pitch.
