The Northwest Missouri State soccer team dropped a 3-0 contest to MIAA foe Central Missouri. The Bearcats defeated the Jennies earlier this season in Warrensburg 5-4 on March 5. The Jennies used tight pressure this time to stifle the Bearcats and hold the home team scoreless.

"The players were disappointed by today's result after coming off a very good showing the first time we played them," said head coach Marc Gordon.

Northwest will travel to Emporia, Kansas for Sunday's match against the Hornets. Kick off is set for 2 p.m.
