The Northwest Missouri State softball team finishes up a busy week of doubleheaders with games against Fort Hays State and Nebraska-Kearney this weekend. The Bearcats travel to Hays on Saturday before making the trek to Kearney on Sunday. First pitch is scheduled for 12 p.m. at Fort Hays State and 2 p.m. Sunday in Kearney.

The Bearcats are 18-14 all-time against Fort Hays and 6-8 in games played in Hays. Their last win at Tiger Stadium came on April 15, 2017 in a 7-4 contest. Northwest is currently 15-10 against Kearney and 6-7 at Patriot Park. The April 14, 2017 contest in Kearney resulted in a 3-1 victory for the Bearcats, their last win on the road against the Lopers.

Kaitlyn Weis and
Olivia Daugherty also each have slugging percentages of .667 or above.
