The Northwest Missouri State soccer travels to St. Joseph as they take on MIAA-foe Missouri Western in non-conference action.    
 
After scoring a 5-4 win over Central Missouri, the Bearcats sit at 1-1 on the season after playing two non-conference games. Northwest's win over the Jennies was their first ever in Warrensburg and first since they took down the Jennies on Nov. 6, 2008 in Maryville.
 
Against the Griffons, Northwest is 26-14-10 and 6-6-2 in St. Joseph. In a Nov. 1, 2019 matchup on Bearcat Pitch, the Bearcats scored the 4-3 victory. Before that, Missouri Western held an 8-game win streak over Northwest.
 
Kick-off is set for 6 p.m. on Friday evening in St. Joseph.
