PITTSBURG, Kansas – The Pittsburg State University Gorillas topped the Northwest Missouri State University Bearcat baseball team in a non-conference matchup Tuesday, 20-2.

Jonny McIntyre did not retire any of the six batters he faced in the bottom of the first as the Gorillas put up six first inning runs. The Gorillas did not let up and posted the 20-2 victory.

The Bearcats (1-2 overall) will open up MIAA play next Saturday and Sunday in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, against the Northeastern State RiverHawks.
