EMPORIA, Kan. - The No. 5-ranked Northwest Missouri State University volleyball team posted its fourth straight 3-0 win with a sweep of the Emporia State University Hornets at White Auditorium.
Northwest won by set scores of 25-13, 25-16 and 25-19. Northwest posted 51 kills to 27 for Emporia State. Northwest hit .411 for the match, while ESU hit .136.

Payton Kirchhoefer went for a match-high 15 kills and hit .484. Kirchhoefer did not commit an attack error in 31 total swings.
Alyssa Rezac recorded a double-double with 43 assists and 10 digs.
Avery Kemp reached 10 kills and hit .389.
Northwest will travel to Topeka, Kan., Saturday at 6 p.m. for its MIAA regular season finale against the No. 2-ranked Washburn Ichabods.
