The Northwest Missouri State volleyball team is No. 5 in this week's AVCA Division II coaches' poll after picking up a win over Fort Hays State and dropping matches to No. 2 Central Missouri and No. 15 Nebraska-Kearney. This marks the 32nd time in program history the Bearcats have been ranked in the AVCA Top 25.

Four MIAA teams rank in the top 15, Central Missouri holding stead at No. 2 while Washburn jumped to No. 3 and Nebraska-Kearney stayed at No. 15.
