The Bearcats (1-2-1 overall) are coming off a 4-0 win over Sioux Falls and a 3-2 loss to Augustana in two home matches last weekend.

"We are continuing to improve in the attacking part of the field," Northwest head coach Marc Gordon said. "The areas we have been focusing on are on the defensive side. Although the attack has improved, we are still conceding too many goals. We are learning how to move as a group to defend better."

Freshman Kaitlyn Case scored two goals in the win over Sioux Falls. Madie Krueger and Alex Mausbach each scored one.

Central Missouri is 3-1 overall and ranked No. 8 in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. Missouri Western is 1-2-1 overall on the year.
