SPRINGFIELD, Missouri - The Northwest Missouri State University volleyball team improved to 6-0 on the season with a sweep of Colorado Mesa.
The Bearcats won by set scores of 25-22, 25-18 and 25-19.
Northwest hit .389 in the match with 53 kills and nine attack errors. The Bearcats hit .514 in the first set and followed that up by hitting .412 in the second.
Junior
Morgan Lewis paced the offensive attack with 13 kills (.524). Freshman
Jaden Ferguson notched 11 kills (.360).

Maddy Ahrens tallied 31 assists and two service aces.
Northwest will be back in action Saturday against Drury (1 p.m.) and Truman State (5 p.m.).
