MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State University Bearcat soccer team is looking for its first win and will play host to two matches this weekend against Sioux Falls and Augustana.

The Bearcats are coming off a 2-2 draw to Drury and a 5-2 loss to Southwest Baptist last week.
"As a group we are coming together pretty well. We've managed to score some pretty good goals and create a lot of opportunities. Our culture is changing rapidly and so our productivity will be better as the season improves," head coach
Marc Gordon said.
Freshman
Kaitlyn Case (Smithville, Missouri) scored a pair of goals in the opening weekend. Case's goal in the 79th minute at Drury knotted the match at 2-2.
Sioux Falls is 0-1 on the season so far and is coming off a loss to Fort Hays State. Augustana is 1-1 overall so far with a win against Fort Hays and a loss to Central Missouri.
