The Northwest Missouri State University softball team will wrap up its 2019 season at home this weekend with doubleheaders against Emporia State and Washburn.

Friday will be a Pink Out game for Bearcat softball. A silent auction will take place to kick off the 2019-2020 Pink Out games.
Saturday will be Pizza Ranch Day at the ballpark. Pizza Ranch will be giving out free pizza and the first 100 fans will receive a free T-shirt.
Saturday will also mark Senior Day for the Bearcat softball squad. The Bearcats will honor four seniors prior to Saturday's matchup against Washburn.
Kiana Baderdeen hails from Gardner, Kansas, and has been a four-year starter for the Bearcats. Kiana has tallied 184 career starts. She has posted 148 career hits and has scored 80 runs as a Bearcat. Kiana batted .346 as a junior and his hitting above .300 again this season. She has a 3.44 GPA in elementary education and has been named to the MIAA academic honor roll.
Jaedra Moses is from Clarinda, Iowa, and has been a four-year performer for the Bearcats. Jaedra has twice been named as an all-MIAA honorable mention honoree. She has played in 179 games with 175 career starts. She is batting .378 this season and has posted a career batting average of .312. Jaedra has scored 112 career runs, which ranks as the 8th-best total in program history. She has a 3.58 GPA and is on the president's honor roll with a major in elementary education.
Kenzi Sutton is from Adel, Iowa and transferred to Northwest from Des Moines Area Community College. Kenzi has appeared in 35 career games. Sutton was a two-time NFCA NJCAA All-American at DMACC. In 2017, she hit .410 with 16 doubles and 11 homers to go with 73 RBI and 46 runs scored. She has a 3.92 GPA in elementary education. She is on the academic honor roll.
Jaclyn Weydert is from Brookfield, Missouri and came to Northwest from North Central Missouri College. Jaclyn has appeared in 16 games, including 14 this season. Jaclyn clubbed her first collegiate home run earlier this week against Central Missouri. She is hitting .333 this season. She has a 3.88 GPA with a major in recreation with an emphasis in therapeutic recreation. She is a member of the President's honor roll. She was an academic all-America honoree at North Central Missouri College in 2017.
