The Bearcats lost to the Griffons 66-56 in their last home game of the season. The Bearcats were up three going into halftime after a big three-point buzzer beater by Jaelyn Haggard. Haggard went down with an injury about halfway through the third quarter. The Bearcats struggled to score in the second half only managing 23 points in the half.

The Bearcats were led in scoring by Haggard and Kendey Eaton with 18 points. Mallory McConkey led the Bearcats with 9 rebounds and Erika Schlosser led the team with 4 assists. They shot 43% from the three-point line and almost 93% from the free throw line. 

The Griffons were led by Katrina Roenfeldt with 18 points, followed by Brittany Atkins with 17, and Jessica Davies with 10. Davies and Atkins tied for the most rebounds on the team with 5 and Roenfeldt led the team with 5 assists. 

The Bearcats will close their season on Thursday against Washburn on the road.
