MARYVILLE, Missouri – The Northwest Missouri State women's soccer team is on the road this weekend for a pair of games. They will travel to Edmond, Oklahoma Friday to face Central Oklahoma and then travel to Wichita, Kansas Sunday to take on Newman.

The Bearcats are coming off a 3-1 win over Rogers State and a 2-1 loss to Northeastern State last week. Central Oklahoma is 8-4-2 overall and 3-4-0 in conference play.  Newman sits at 6-3-5 overall and 2-2-3 in the conference. Northwest is 4-7-3 overall and 2-3-2 in the conference.
 
NOTES: Senior Izzy Romano scored her first and second goals of the season last week. Taylor Wolfe recorded her first goal of the season against Rogers State and Tanith Beal recorded her second goal of the season. Freshman Kaitlyn Case leads the team with five goals … Teagan Blackburn has three … Izzy Romano, Alex Mausbach, Tanith Beal, Bri Wawiorka and Manuela Gonzalez have two goals each.
