After splitting its first weekend's games the Bearcat soccer team will take on Truman State Fri., Sept. 7. The game is to be hosted by Northwest, but will take place at Chillicothe High School due to weather and field conditions. The address of the high school is 2801 Hornet Rd, Chillicothe, MO 64601.

The team and head coach Marc Gordon learned a lot from their first weekend. Gordon said that he saw that his team played their best when they tried to fight their way back from a 2-0 deficit late in the Rockhurst game. He wants to take this intensity and urgency into the beginning of the game. He would like to "start the game like they are already down 1-0."
