- Bilodeau started the game off with a single through the right side and moved to second on a bunt single by Gutierrez. Figg reached safely on a throwing error which allowed Bilodeau to come around and score from second. Hassman kept the hitting going with a double down the right field line to bring in Gutierrez and put runners on the corners. Handzlik brought in Figg from third with a single through the right side. After an out, Schingel laid down a sacrifice bunt to score Hassman and put the Bearcats up 4-0.
