ROAD TRIP
Northwest takes on Missouri Southern (6-4-2) Friday in Joplin, Missouri, at 6 p.m. Northwest will play at Southwest Baptist (0-10-2) on Sunday starting at 2 p.m. in Bolivar, Missouri.  

LAST TIME OUT
The Bearcats lost to Fort Hays 3-0 in their last game. The Bearcats played well for most of the game and were tied 0-0 going into the second half. The Tigers were able to score three goals in the second half.

ABOUT THE BEARCATS
The Bearcats are 1-10 so far in Coach Marc Gordon's first year with the team. A young team this year with some new faces, the Bearcats look to grow as a team and learn as the season goes. The Bearcats have some young players producing early this year. Sophomore Mollie Holtman and freshman Joanna Shaw lead the team with two goals so far on the season. Freshman goalkeeper Alexis Serna Castillo has 42 saves on the season.

RANKINGS
The MIAA has one team ranked in the top 25 with University of Central Oklahoma at No. 11.

The Bearcats lost to Missouri Southern, 1-0, and defeated Southwest Baptist, 6-0, in the home conference meetings last season.
