Key Northwest Innings
- Fort started the first inning with a ground-rule double down the left field line. After a groundout, Figg singled to center to put runners on the corners. Holler drove in the game's first run with a single into right, scoring Fort. Herrera took the first pitch he saw into right for an RBI single to drive in Figg, making it 2-0 Northwest.
- With one down in the sixth, Hrdlicka hit a ground rule double down the left field line. After
Tim Olson came in to pinch run for Hrdlicka, Handzlik laced an RBI double to the gap in right center, giving Northwest a 3-2 lead.
