- The Northwest Missouri State University volleyball team swept No. 11 ranked Central Missouri, 3-0, on Saturday night in the Multipurpose Building in Warrensburg, Mo.

- The Bearcats hit .239 as a team with 42 kills and just 14 attacking errors. The Jennies committed 23 attacking errors and finished with a .109 attack percentage.

Key Northwest Sequences
- Up 6-4 in the first set, Northwest got back-to-back-to-back kills from Sunderman to take a 9-4 lead. Foster added another kill and Williams tallied service aces on back-to-back plays to give the Bearcats a commanding 12-4 lead. Northwest would not trail the rest of the set to take an early 1-0 lead.
- Northwest took control of the third set with a 6-0 run. Tied 1-1, Bruder recorded a kill and then the Jennies were forced into an attacking error to make it 3-1. Bruder added another kill and UCM committed another attacking error to make it 5-1. Bruder again put away an ace to make it 6-1. Dannettell finished the 6-0 run with a service ace to give Northwest an early 7-1 lead.
