Kyle Zimmerman set a career-high with 350 yards of passing. He completed 26-of-39 attempts with a pair of scores. He also ran the ball seven times for 26 yards and one touchdown.
- It was the second 300+ yard passing performance of his career. He has at least two touchdowns in all eight games this season.

Randy Schmidt was the team's leading rusher, gaining 43 yards on four attempts.

Northwest Scoring Drives
- Northwest opened the scoring with an six-play, 80-yard drive on the Bearcats' second possession of the game. Facing a second and two, Zimmerman found
Clayton Wilson for a 50 yard gain down to the Lindenwood 22 yard line. Bane would also catch an 11 yard pass on the drive, aided by a Lion personal foul that took the ball to the four yard line. Two plays later, Wilcox ran the ball in from a yard out to make it 7-0 after the
Simon Mathiesen PAT.
- After a Lindenwood punt, Zimmerman found Jackson for a 19 yard touchdown strike to complete an eight-play, 74-yard drive. The big play on the drive was a 21-yard rush by Schmidt.
- Mathiesen hit a 30 yard field goal to finish off a 13-play drive that started in at the end of the first quarter and ended at the 13:06 mark of the second. The Bearcats completed a pair of third-down conversions to keep the drive going. Mathiesen's 50th career field goal make gave Northwest a 17-6 lead.
- Bane ran the ensuing Lion punt 15 yards to the Lindenwood 29 yard line. Zimmerman capped the seven-play drive with a one-yard touchdown run to make it 24-6.
- Northwest took over the ball at its own 32 yard line with 1:40 left in the first half. Zimmerman completed a 20 yard pass to
Shane Williams to put the ball in Lion territory. Six plays later, Zimmerman used his legs to escape from a sack, rolled right and found Bane on the goal line for a touchdown from three yards out to make it 31-6 Bearcats.
- Lindenwood would score to start the fourth quarter but on the PAT attempt, Richey broke through to block the kick and Vollstedt ran the ball back for a defensive PAT to make it 31-12 Northwest.
- Zimmerman went 4-for-4 on the next drive, completing passes to Williams,
Jordan Grove, Wilcox and
TJ Schieber to put the ball down on the Lion 3-yard line. Wilcox found the end zone for the second time one play later to give the Bearcats a 40-12 lead with 10:53 left in the fourth quarter.
- A short Lindenwood punt that gave Northwest the ball at the Lions' 45. Jones opened a drive with a 20 yard run and quarterback
Jonathan Baker picked up a 12 yard rush on the drive. Jones would need four more carries to get into the end zone from one yard out with 5:44 left to play.
