Match One Key Sequence• In the third set, Northwest jumped out ot an early 9-4 lead. But William Jewell came right back, running off seven straight points to take an 11-9 lead. After a quick timeout, the Cardinals got one more point before the Bearcat rallied to win four of the next five points to pull even, 13-13. Becker had two kills in the sequence as did seniors
Lindsey Schlake and
Kirsten Hudgens.
Match Two Key Stats (Northwest falls to Findlay, 3-1)

• Northwest held Findlay to a .113 attack percentage for the entire match, forcing 26 attacking errors.
Match Two Highlight• After falling behind 2-1 early in the third set, Northwest rallied to score 12 of the next 14 points. During the stretch, the Bearcats forced six Findlay attacking errors and got five kills from Foster to pull ahead 13-4. The Bearcats would not trail for the rest of the set, en route to winning the point, 25-18.
Up Next• The Bearcats will finish the second day of the Rockhurst Tournament on Saturday. Northwest will face host Rockhurst at 9:30 a.m. followed by a 2:30 p.m. contest against East Central University.
