Anthony Woods each added nine points off the bench for the Bearcats.

- Northwest dominated in the paint, outscoring Rockhurst 32-16.
Key Sequence- After Rockhurst jumped out to an early two point lead,
Zach Schneider hit a three-pointer to give the Bearcats the lead 4 minutes into the game. The Hawks wouldn't find themselves in the lead for the remainder of the contest. Shots by
Brett Dougherty and Pitts two minutes later gave the Bearcats a 14-9 lead. Rockhurst would close the gap to three on the other end, but a three pointer by
Conner Crooker and four straight free throws by Cozad gave Northwest a double digit advantage. Northwest extended their lead to 20 points early in the second half and wouldn't relinquish that advantage for the rest of the night.
