MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Northwest Missouri State University women's soccer team will participate in the annual Kickin' for a Cure game on Sunday, Oct. 12, at noon against Washburn University.

The game will feature a silent auction, including several Bearcat soccer items. Proceeds will go to benefit a local individual or family member battling breast cancer. You can nominate someone from the local Maryville community by clicking HERE.

As part of the awareness campaign, the Bearcats will be wearing special edition pink jerseys. At halftime there will be a special recgonition of breast cancer survivors.

Northwest will also play Emporia State on Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. on Bearcat Pitch. Northwest is 5-4-1 on the year and is 2-3-1 in MIAA play.
