Story Highlights- The Northwest Missouri State volleyball team fell to the Washburn Ichabods, 3-1, on Friday night in Topeka, Kan.
- Northwest is now 9-11 overall and 6-6 in MIAA play. Washburn moves to 18-2 overall and 10-2 in conference action.

Northwest Statistics- After Washburn won the first set, 25-17, Northwest rallied for a 25-23 set win in the second to go into the break tied, 1-1.
- In the third set, the Ichabods took the point, 25-13, and held on for the fourth set, 25-18.
- The Bearcats hit .174 as a team, with the best set coming in the first when the team hit .250 with 13 kills against five errors.
- Washburn hit .331 as a team, hitting a match-best .517 in the first set with 16 kills against one error.

Miranda Foster had 15 digs to go along with her 15 kills. She also had three blocks.

Sarah Dannettell tallied a match-best 42 assists, five digs, two kills and a block.

Aarika Wittenburg had a team-best 17 digs defensively from the libero position.

Shelby Duren recorded 14 kills, eight digs, two blocks an assist and a service ace.
