Game 11 fan primer: Missouri Western

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Bearcat fans, in advance of Saturday's football game against Missouri Western, the Northwest Missouri State University department of athletics would like to encourage fans to enjoy the game day experience at Bearcat Stadium. This will be the final home game for 16 of the Northwest Missouri seniors, who will be recognized pregame.

Northwest will be wearing custom helmet decals with the initials MAS (Midwest Agriculture Strong). The Bearcat roster includes a handful of Ag Science majors along with several others that have family ties to farming and agriculture. On gameday, Bearcat Stadium will also feature agriculture equipment which will be on display around the outside of the Stadium. Equipment can be found at the Hy-Vee Bearcat Zone and other areas of the stadium on Saturday.	Bearcat Volleyball Senior Day Following Saturday's football game, fans are invited to stay on campus and attend the Northwest volleyball regular-season finale against Central Missouri at 6 p.m. in Bearcat Arena. Admission to the match will be free. Saturday will also serve as Senior Day for Jackie Becker and Miranda Foster. Come support the Bearcats as they prepare for the MIAA Tournament.
Hy-Vee Tailgate of the Game Bearcat fans are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy tailgating festivities in the Hy-Vee Bearcat Zone just west of Bearcat Stadium. Each week one tailgate party will be selected as the Hy-Vee Tailgate of the Game and will receive a prize package compliments of your Maryville Hy-Vee. The rules are simple; each tailgate must have at least three (3) Hy-Vee brand items in their tailgating essentials and they must be showing their Bearcat Pride. Fans are encouraged to look for Northwest Athletic Director Mel Tjeerdsma and Maryville Hy-Vee Store Manager Travis Buysse each week in the Hy-Vee Bearcat Zone. Parking and Tailgating Information On Saturday, fans traveling to the game are encouraged to travel to campus on Icon/Country Club road, west of campus. Fans are encouraged to review the Northwest tailgating and stadium. Tailgate lots will open at 9:30 a.m. for Saturday's game vs. Missouri Western.
