Key Northwest Sequences
- Down 3-2 in the first set, Northwest went on a 4-0 run to take control of the set early. After a bad set by the Lions tied the match, 3-3, Bruder put away back-to-back kills to go up 5-3. An attacking error by Lindenwood on the next play put the Bearcats up 6-3. Northwest would not trail the rest of the set.
- Things got close late in the third set as Lindenwood rallied to tie things up, 20-20. After the two teams traded points, Northwest got a 3-0 run keyed by kills from Becker and Bruder. Up 23-21, Northwest got a block from Sunderman and Williams to force match point. The Lions got one point back on a Bruder attacking error but on the next point, Northwest forced a Lindenwood attacking error to end the match.

- Northwest will host Central Missouri on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. Admission to the match will be free. The Bearcats will honor Becker and Foster prior to the match as part of Senior Day festivities.
