Romain Boissinot won the USTA/ITA Central Regional men's single championship at Southwest Baptist in Springfield, Mo.

Men's Headlines- Boissinot defeated Riveros, 7-5, 6-1, in the finals. Riveros was originally seeded fifth and Boissinot was seeded seventh.
- Boissinot won six matches to take the tournament title. Riveros, who received a first-round bye, won four matches en route to the finals.
- Boissinot and Riveros were also seeded third in the men's doubles competition.
- The duo won two matches and advanced to the semifinal round before falling to Southwest Baptist's Kristof Kinal and Chris Blodig.

Fin Glowick won two matches but were knocked out in the quarterfinals by the eventual champion Joey Richards and Lucas Garces of Nebraska-Kearney.
Women's Headlines-
Camila Quesada was seeded fourth entering the tournament. She won four matches to reach the semifinals.
- Quesada lost to eventual champion Christina Zentai of Southwest Baptist.
- The doubles team of Lorena Rivas and
Rachel Dibbins won their opening round match but fell in the round fo 16.
- Quesada, who played doubles with
Aniek Kolen, was seeded fifth but also fell in the round of 16.
