Football Gameday FAQMARYVILLE, Mo. - Northwest Missouri State has announced the schedule of events including an updated parade route for Saturday's Homecoming festivities on campus. The parade preceeds the 2 p.m. football game against Pittsburg State. The Homecoming parade begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at the intersection of Northwest Drive and College Park Drive, east of the high-rise residence halls. The parade will proceed south on College Park Drive to College Avenue, continue east on College Avenue, travel north on University Drive and end on the Northwest campus at the intersection of University Drive and Seventh Street.
Points of interest- The area between Memorial Drive and the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts is designated as a "family friendly" viewing area.
- The parade is expected to feature more than 100 entries, including floats sponsored by campus and community organizations, bands and local businesses.
- Northwest alumni are invited to the Homecoming Welcome prior to the parade at 8 a.m. at the Alumni House.
- Lots 28 and 29 on the Northwest campus will close at midnight Friday for parade entries.
Barricades- There are a number of barricades that will block traffic. University officials will be stationed and allow only those with permission to enter.
How to get to campus- The general public should enter campus from Second, Third, Seventh or Ninth streets and walk to their desired viewing location.

Lot 60 and VIP Lot 59Fans wishing to park in lot 60 can arrive prior to 8 a.m. before the Homecoming parade begins. Access to the lot will be restricted between 8 a.m. and the conclusion of the parade. At approximately 10:30 a.m., fans can enter both lots 59 and 60. Parking lots 62 and 63 will not be affected.
